Cancellations and Refunds

Shipping of Artwork
For tea utensil painting experiences, pottery experiences, and other experiences involving the creation of artwork, you will be required to bear the shipping costs if you wish to have the artwork shipped.
In the event of damage, loss, delay, non-delivery, refusal of receipt, return due to prolonged absence, etc., during delivery, the response will be based on the regulations of the delivery service provider.
If returned due to an incomplete address, prolonged absence, refusal of receipt, etc., you may be required to bear the re-shipping costs, storage fees, and other necessary actual expenses.
About the Experience
Tea ceremony experiences, matcha experiences, tea utensil painting experiences, pottery experiences, and other Japanese cultural experiences are experiential services, and there may be individual differences in the finished product and the content of the experience.
We do not guarantee the same finish as sample images, advertising images, reference works, etc.
Disclaimer
- Although we take sufficient care in providing the service, we may change, cancel, or postpone the experience due to natural disasters, accidents, infectious diseases, traffic conditions, equipment failure, sudden illness of the instructor, or other unavoidable circumstances.
- The color, texture, shape, and other finishes of artwork such as tea utensil painting, pottery, and art creation may change due to the production method, drying, firing, and other processes.
- We shall not be held responsible for damage caused by aging, storage conditions, transportation conditions, or other factors outside our control.
- Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by us, we shall not be held liable for indirect damages, special damages, lost profits, or any other damages.

・Manipulating impressions through intentional photo processing, editing, cropping, etc.
・Threats, intimidation, coercion, verbal abuse, or other harassment
・Excessive demands for refunds or compensation
・Persistent contact or other acts of business obstruction
We properly maintain reservation information, payment information, visit records, security camera footage, emails, communication history, and other records necessary for business operations.
If any of the above acts are confirmed, we may preserve evidence and take necessary measures, including requesting deletion, suspending use, consulting with a lawyer, consulting with or reporting to the police and other relevant authorities, seeking damages, and other necessary actions.
Furthermore, these provisions do not prevent you from expressing legitimate opinions, feedback, requests, or evaluations based on facts.
